Hey!
My life’s story is pretty wild. From growing up in poverty to spending time in foster care, I’ve found myself enduring things over the years I never expected. My life up until the last few years has always been characterized by instability and uncertainty. And yet, amidst the chaos I’ve endured, there’s been one constant.
I came to faith in Christ when I was 15 after having an existential crisis. Realizing that a life lived for just myself was purposeless and empty, I began to seek a relationship with Jesus and eventually started attending a solid, Bible-believing church. Through the reading of God’s Word and the love of Christian community my life was radically changed and I haven’t been the same since.
Photography fell into my lap a little later in life. During college I loved to experiment with clothing and style. I bought my first camera so I could take self portraits in my fun outfits and post them on social media. But I didn’t know how to use my camera, so I started taking pictures of my friends to practice. Everything snowballed from there!
These days I live in Greensboro with my amazing husband Trevor. When I'm not doing photography I love to decorate our home, go thrifting, and spend time with our friends. I'm so thankful for the life God has given us!

I was a vegetarian for 2 years, but recently had to stop due to my health.
sECRET TALENT
Believe it or not, I can skateboard! Took several years of practice/falling on my face. I sadly still can't do any cool tricks.

When I'm not working I love reading, playing around with film, and spending time with my husband + our friends!

Reading is my latest hobby. But I'm not reading anything too interesting, just stuff about church history and theology.
January 7th, 2023 was a day I will never forget. After a very brief 6-month engagement to my sweet Trevor we finally tied the knot. The day was full of so many beautiful moments, belly laughs, and a lot of anxiety.
As someone who values experiences more than monetary things, my wedding day was a big deal to me. I was willing to do whatever it took to make sure my experience on my wedding day was flawless. But when the day came, I had to take my hands off the wheel and allow the vendors I chose to do their thing and trust in their expertise.
I understand that being a wedding photographer is about way more than just showing up for a few hours and taking some pictures. It's about taking time to understand your vision for the day, helping you craft a timeline, giving you direction on camera, guidance off camera, and so much more!
Trust me, I get it. Your wedding is a massive day that you'll never be able to relive. You want it to be both beautiful aesthetically and emotionally, and you want all of that captured on camera too. Girl, I've got you!
